Quality Policy Statement

Varna Engineering LTD. is committed to providing a range of construction services, which consistently conform to customer’s specific requirements. The quality of service we provide is crucial to every project. That is why we are uncompromising in the standards we set. We recognise that we offer a highly specialised service and we are constantly seeking new and innovative methods that will allow us to be flexible in order to meet our customer’s requirements and their changing needs.

It is our policy to supply a standard of service that is unsurpassed throughout the UK construction industry, fully and consistently meeting the agreed individual requirements of our customers, ensuring they comply with defined standards and applicable regulatory requirements, are fit for purpose, and provide complete satisfaction. Our aim is for continual improvement through the involvement and participation of all employees, and other interested parties.

We will continue to assess our activities with respect to the impact on quality incorporating those controls necessary to achieve continual improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system.

Quality objectives in line with this policy have been established, communicated, understood and implemented throughout the organisation.

All employees are given awareness training, to ensure this Quality Policy is understood, implemented and maintained.

This policy is displayed in all suitable areas within the company's premises to ensure that all employees are able to manage, perform and verify their work in accordance with the specified requirements. This policy is reviewed at least once per annum at the relevant management review meeting for suitability and effectiveness.
